Terms & Conditions

Becky-to-go cakes:

 

Becky-to-go cakes are non-customizable. Flavors and Designs are as is unless stated in description. Toppers are sold separately and will be added on the side of orders for the customer to position as they please. All BTG cakes and ready to go items require a 5 day  minimum notice to be completed. This includes cupcakes, Bundt cakes and treats unless a date is specified.

 

 

Pickup/Delivery:

 

Local Pickup is available free to all customers. Orders must be picked up at the time listed. If pickup time surpasses 1 hour, you will need to contact us to reschedule your pickup. We will not hold orders past 24 hours. Confirmation number is needed at the time of pickup.

Deliveries will be made at the time that you listed. You or a representative must be available to accept the order. We will only wait 10 minutes. If no one is available to accept the order, we will leave and you will need to schedule a time to pickup your order. If delivery is the only option, a fee of $25 will be charged and must be paid prior to a second delivery. We will not deliver if the fee is not paid. We respect your time so please respect ours.

 

Delivery fees are automatically calculated by distance but shows the further options as well. You will need to select the first option that is listed as it is the most accurate fee for your destination. ( for example if you live roughly 25 miles from our location you would select the 20-30 miles option even though you have the option for the 30-40 miles since you are not that far. The site will not show the option for anything less that how far you actually are.) 

 

Shipping:

 

Shipping fees only relate to toppers and merch as we do not ship cakes. At this moment we do not ship treats either but may add the option later down the line. We do not ship outside of the US at this time. Shipping takes 3-5 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

 

Refunds/Returns:

 

Cakes and treats must be inspected at pickup/drop-off and should there be an issue, it must be addressed prior to you or us leaving. We offer a 6 hour window for reporting any problems with taste or anything to do with the inside of the cake. If we are unable to solve the problem at hand, we will offer a refund. Any issues not addressed within 12 hours will not be subject to a refund. 

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges, once you have accepted your order, we cannot take it back.

Becky's Bakeshop reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.
